Player appearances are one of the best ways that Toronto FC can get involved with the community. We do our best to respond to all requests, but it can be challenging to coordinate appearances because of intensive training and travel schedule.
// GUIDELINES
- Requests must be received SIX (6) weeks prior to the event date
- All requests must be submitted via the Player Appearance Request Form (click on the link to download)
- Completed request forms mailed to the following:

// THINGS TO CONSIDER
- The boys have to focus! We can’t schedule any appearances on game days, travel days, or on practice days before 1:00 pm.
- We can’t have the boys be injured. That’s why we need a full description of the activities that you’d like them to do.
// PROCESSING
Once you’ve given us your request, one of the members from the Community Relations team will follow up with you within 1-2 weeks before your event. Please bear in mind that the practice schedule can change at any time, and we can’t guarantee a specific player.
// PROMOTING PLAYER APPEARANCES
Promoting your Toronto FC player appearance is an awesome idea! There’s a catch though. Any promotional materials that you develop (advertising, print, radio, television) must be approved by us (we’ll provide you with rules for proper logo use) before you go to market
